Barbara Kaczmarek
President & CEO
Barbara has been working in the field of event planning for non-profit
organizations since 1994. She brings into EEM years of experience planning and
executing events from Board Retreats of approximately 10 people to conferences of
30,000 participants. She has helped plan and coordinate events nationally; from
Niagara Falls, New York to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and into Birmingham, Alabama.
Prior to working in event coordination Barbara worked in restaurant management,
teaching, and business administration. Barbara holds a Bachelors of Science degree
in Management Science and an MBA concentrated in Human Resources. Barbara states
that one of her strongest assets in the planning and execution of events is that
she not only can see the forest (the big picture) but also sees the individual
trees needed to create the forest (the details). She listens, hears and discerns
the vision of the client and works with integrity and tenacity to see it come to
fruition. Barbara has been a workshop speaker on event planning as well as a
consultant to organizations.
David Schweickhard
Director of Web Development
David holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems and Management and has been
developing websites for over 10 years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience in the development of small to enterprise level websites. He has
worked on projects for personal family sites and events, sites for non-profit
organizations, and large corporate web applications. David specializes in
content management solutions, which will give you, control over your content on
your site.

Gina Becker Grimaldi
Wedding & Honeymoon Coordinator
Gina has a successful track record of planning weddings, educational events, trade shows, honeymoons,
business travel, fundraisers, and college alumni events. For the past six years she has produced
and promoted an annual hair show providing education to 500+ client hairdressers each year while
coordinating details with the venue, educators, vendors, and event staff. Her background in Education,
French, and Psychology at Skidmore College as well as experience studying and working abroad has
given her a unique set of tools to be a thoughtful and creative event planner for any client. Gina’s
organizational skills are top of the line and her attention to detail is a perfect match for planning
weddings and events. Gina is easy to work with, consistently meets and exceeds the requirements of
every event she runs, and is always happy to execute a client’s vision to produce an excellent event.
Andrea Merrill
Wedding Specialist
Andrea’s experience in the field includes planning and executing concerts, recitals
and performances, seminars, meetings, church services and ministry special events,
retail events, weddings on a budget, receptions, fundraisers, and business trips.
Prior to joining the EEM team Andrea worked in sales, restaurant management,
administration, and teaching. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music
Education. Andrea believes that her strongest assets in event planning are her
creativity and passion to make every event unique, and to exceed the expectations
of both clients and event participants. Andrea is hard working, flexible and easy
to work with, and ready to take your event to the next level! She echoes Barbara’s
devotion to working with integrity and tenacity in everything she does.
Christopher Gaglione
Intern Event Specialist
Christopher has been involved in planning several events in the past few years and is excited
about the event planning field. He has been in charge of, or participated in, the planning of
numerous community and church events, including his hometown’s Fall Festival and town
Christmas displays and festivities. Christopher has also been privileged to volunteer for Kingdom
Bound at Darien Lake, working as a video technician and seeing the “behind the scenes”
workings of a large event.
Christopher is made for events, understanding the need for details and the work involved. He has
interned with EEM for over one year and has enjoyed seeing and experiencing all that it takes
to be an event planner. He believes this is an invaluable experience for him. He is currently a
student at the Russell J. Salvatore School of Hospitality and Business at Trocaire College. His
major is Hospitality Management. He looks forward to an exciting and rewarding career as an
event planner.
Gary Green
Graphics Designer
Gary Green has been an artist ever since he could pick up a pencil and draw. His
passion is in graphic arts and has recently joined EEM to follow his passion. For the
last 5 years Gary has been working retail for a major telecommunications company but
has recently switched back to his first love in graphic design. He has done work for
local radio stations as well as logo designs, brochure design and even iPhone video
games. Gary has industry experience and truly gives clients what they envision.

vision of all those involved. The elements of the event and or website are collected and unified through the various
